5ndal mail, kell 17 peab Riias ilmselt üsnagi inspireeriva loengu teemal
"14x8000m" kõigil neliteistkümnel 8000-ndelises tipus käinud legendaarne
poolakas Krzysztof Wielicki!
Mees on tuntud kui mittestandartsete tõusude poolest 8000-listele - uued
marsruudid, osad neist soolona, mõned alpinistlikus stiilis,
kiirusrekordid, esimesed tõusud 8000ndelise tippu talvehooajal...
Loeng toimub Baltparki hotelli konferentsisaalis, aadressil Pernavas
iela 36, Riga. Loeng on inglise keeles. Pilet maksab 10 kohalikku ühikut.
Samal hommikul plaanitakse poolakaga ronida Läti kõrgeimale tipule -
Gaizins (311m), saatjateks lätlastest alpinistide pere ja TV.
Pärast loengut jätkub õhtu banketiga Baltpark hotelli restoranis.
